Refund Process of Beijing Concert:
- We are sincerely sorry to inform all consumers who have bought the tickets of October 19 Music For Relief- Linkin Park and Mayday Beijing concert that the show is forced to be cancelled because of Linkin Park singer Chester Bennignton sustain a serious back injury.
We feel sorry about all the inconvenience that having brought to you and thank you all for your support and understandings.
- A: Refund Time Arrangement
Refund period is from Oct. 19, 2008 to Oct. 31, 2008.
Refund time on Oct. 19, 2008 is from 2pm to 10pm.
Refund time from Oct. 20, 2008 to Oct. 31, 2008 is from 9am to 6pm.
B: Ways of refund
1. Customers should bring the ticket and ticket cover to go to Beijing Workers¡¯ Stadium Ticket Center of Ticketmaster to transact the refund from Oct. 19, 2008 at 2pm. The tickets should be whole and the invoice is needed if it is available.
2. Ticketmaster will refund according to the ticket price. (All unsalable tickets and box & presidium tickets are not refundable).
3. In the circumstance that customers invoiced when buying tickets of the concert, please return the invoice at the same time.
4. The refund service will be provided until Oct. 31, 2008.
5. Customers overseas and from other places (except Beijing), who paid for the tickets online, by remitting or transferring through the bank, can post the tickets to Ticketmaster ¡¾Room 509, Gehua Mansion, No. 1 Qinglong Lane, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100007¡¿. After receiving your tickets, Ticketmaster will remit the refund to your appointed account in five workdays. Customers who want us to mail back the tickets please fill in and mail back the ¡°Customers Overseas and from Other Places Refund Instruction on the Cancellation of Music For Relief - Linkin Park and Mayday Beijing Concert¡± at the same time. Please call 400-707-9999 and ask for the instruction.
C: Tickets Refunding Consultation Platform
Customers can dial Ticketmaster hotline 400-707-9999 and Beijing Workers¡¯ Stadium Ticket Center hotline 65516590 to consult details of refund and transportation.
Warm Tip: To ensure the refund can be carried out in an orderly manner, we suggest that it¡¯s better for customers to go to the box office to refund at a proper time after Oct. 21, 2008, so that you can avoid the crowded time and no need to wait for a long time.
What is a co-headliner concert?
Two different artists perform equally within one concert event. In this case, both bands will each perform an independent 80-90 min concert.

After the May 12th earthquake, Linkin Park approached with the sponsor, seeking the opportunity to perform in a Music For Relief benefit concert in China not to only raise funds for people but to make the international society aware of the long-term work ahead in Sichuan rebuilding homes and confidence for people's lives. Having performed with various artists for previous Music For Relief occassions, Linkin Park believe that co-headlining with a Chinese band will bring more awareness of the event in both China and around the world.

Mayday (Chinese pinyin: Wu Yue Tian), is a Taiwanese rock band that was formed in the late 1990s with five members, namely Ashin (vocalist), Monster and Stone (guitars), Masa (bass) and Guan You (drums).
Mayday has made no secret of its admiration of the Beatles whom they cite as influencing their ideals of rock music. The eighth track of their fifth album has a track called John Lennon where the band espouses its dreams to become the "Beatles of the Chinese World" and one day, to become better than them. Other diverse musical influences include the Irish band U2, the British band Oasis, the Japanese pop music artists Mr. Children, Sting as well as the Chinese rocker Wu Bai and China Blue.
