i made a sincere and honest mistake when making an order, and i don't see why i cannot get a full refund. also, you guys don't send us a confirmation email to let us know that you've received our orders so how are we supposed to know that you HAVE received them? and you should really provide a cancellation service online, like maybe people could cancel within 24 hours of their booking or something. |

Within 4th ring road in Beijing, the delivery is free if the charge exceeds 100RMB per order. We can send tickets to Tianjin by EMS, but have to charge you RMB20 for EMS fee. We can send tickets to overseas if you really need. But you have to bear the delivery cost. |
